For charter operators & brokers
Trip-level profit, without anyone re-keying a quote.
We connected Avinode to the accounting system so charter operators see trip-level profit without anyone re-keying a quote. Nobody else has this.
The integration
Avinode to QuickBooks, every hour.
Every invoice and every newly scheduled trip mirrors from Avinode into the books as it happens — the trip as its own sub-customer, lines enriched with the detail accounting needs, no re-keying. QuickBooks stays the source of truth, and the sync self-heals when something upstream changes.
The number that matters
Profit on every trip.
Costs are stamped to the trip they belong to and revenue lands in the month it was flown, so every trip carries its own P&L — the number that pays partners and third-party sales reps correctly. Jet-card deposits draw down against open invoices automatically.
Compensation
Partner and rep pay from real margins.
Commission and partner-distribution calculations driven by trip-level gross profit rather than estimates — including advance and clawback tracking — so nobody is paid on a number that gets restated later.
Federal excise tax
FET, filed and defended.
Quarterly Form 720 filings with the transportation taxes and facilities fees reported on the right lines, and hands-on support when the IRS asks questions — we work alongside an operator’s CPA through a live excise-tax examination today.
Why it’s hard
Charter accounting breaks generic tools.
Quotes become trips become invoices, often across months; deposits arrive before flights and refunds after; owners, partners, and brokers each take a different cut of a different number. Standard bookkeeping produces accurate totals and no idea whether a given trip made money.
We built the plumbing that makes the trip the unit of account — and we run it every day for an operator on Avinode.
